- Good understanding of usability concepts and creating Information Architecture across multiple platforms while collaborating cross-functionally
- Experience in User Experience planning, use case preparation, and wireframe development
- Experience creating User Interface designs referencing the latest platform innovations and technology advancements
- Strong conceptualization skills, understanding of client briefs, and actively contributing to the brainstorming and ideation process
- Hands on experience in Design explorations for User Interfaces and related visual design
- Worked on Storyboarding, out-of-the-box creative concepts
- Provide creative direction to designers
Experience in UX/UI design for web, mobile, responsive websites/applications - Experience with a variety of software, including Photoshop, InDesign, Flash, Illustrator, Axure, and equivalent tools
- Ability to work on multiple projects at a time
- Experience in making senior client presentations, presenting the concepts to clients, discussing feedback
- Strong team communication and management skills to help manage concepts and deliver milestone objectives
- Contribute own ideas for projects and guidelines
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles, copy and web, and mobile best practices/guidelines
- Excellent leadership skills
